    3. I HAVE A DELL LATITUDE D620 LAPTOP, I WOULD LIKE GET IT WORKING. CAN I USE Windows Password Recovery Tool 3.0 TO GET INTO THE SYSTEM ? IF SO WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BECAUSE GAVE IT SHOT AND NOTHING! I DOWNLODED Windows Password Recovery Tool 3.0 AND MADE A CD, CHECKED THE CD TO MAKE SURE IT HAD FILES ON IT AND IT DID SO ISTARTED UP WITH THE CD IN AND NOTHING. SO SHOULD THIS WORK OR WHAT SHOULD I BE USEING ? THIS IS THE MASSAGE I SEE WHEN I START UP AND I’VE TRIED BOTH ( F9 F12) NOTHING.

    4. Have you set the bios config to ensure your computer boot from cd/dvd? You can press del while it is starting.
