How to create a new account thingy on windows?

Question:

Ummmm welll… you know that screen on windows when you start it up and you pick which profile and then type the password? Well i want to have two of them, but i can’t figure out how to make a new one. I hope this is clear…. its kinda hhard to explain! Thanks for all the help!!

What you want is to create a new user account:
To create a user account in Windows 7 and Vista
1. To open User Accounts, click the Start button Picture of the Start button, click Control Panel, click User Accounts and Family Safety, and then click User Accounts.
2. Click Manage another account. Administrator permission required If you’re prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
3. Click Create a new account.
4. Type the name you want to give the user account, click an account type, and then click Create Account.
